Szym-PEC30FE is a type of highly-concentrated pectinase enzymes made from the
strain of Aspergillus niger by submerged liquid fermentation and refined extraction
technology. Pectinase is a general term for a variety of enzymes,
which consists of polymethylgalacturonatelyase (PMGL),
polygalacturonase (PG), Polygalacturonate-lyase (PGL) and
